Owning Your Leadership Journey is a thetaEDU event hosted by Theta’s Nashville Area Alumnae Chapter. There will be two speakers and lunch provided. The speakers will present on topics the detailed below that focus on leadership in the workplace and volunteer opportunities. Attendees will also take the Clifton-Strengths Test prior to the event.
Part 1: “Imperfect and Talented”- CliftonStrengths Workshop presented by Krystal Clark
The CliftonStrengths assessment explains the unique ways you accomplish your goals by examining the way you build relationships, think strategically, execute plans and influence others. Investing in your talents will help you take the most direct and fulfilling route on your journey to excellence. Participants will take the assessment prior to the workshop and during the session, we will engage in interactive and reflective exercises to process results.
Part 2: Claiming Your Greatness: Self-Promotion & Accepting Compliments presented by Nicole Provonchee
Join certified executive coach Nicole Provonchee for an interactive, fun and educational session about how you can self-promote in a way that works at work and accept compliments with greater grace. Learn tools and approaches you can implement immediately to better position yourself for even greater success.
This event is $10 for 2021 dues-payers and $15 for non dues-payers. Starting October 25, the ticket price will increase to $25. The last day to purchase a ticket is November 1, 2021.
